As the sun sets, the candles would lit one by one,
and they will gather in one room at the peek of midnight,
Where I would be resting, sipping tea, passing my restless nights.
Slowly grasping for my attention with their tip of their waxed fingers,
it would start whispering to my pierced wounded ear.
Whispering secrets that are carried under this old mazed mansion that I live in with my Loyal Butler Robert.
Secrets, stories, past lives that lived here before me would be told...
the past lonesome prince that reminds me of myself,
the curious child who creeped in to this walls and is still in search,
and many other oddities that I have yet to hear until the next coming sunset, and the next, the next, the next.... one by one I would hear and listen, till my eyes would finally shut for that rare short blissful slumber, till my next nightmare would wake me up, where it will once again continue....
